Our Zhejiang garment factory is our core production base for apparel OEM and ODM projects. Equipped with mature, full-cycle production lines covering fabric cutting, stitching, pressing, quality inspection and packing, we are capable of handling diverse apparel categories.
We support custom sample development, small trial orders and large-volume bulk production. With standardized workflow and strict multi-stage quality control, we deliver consistent workmanship, stable lead times and flexible customization to satisfy global buyers’ sourcing requirements.

BAG & HANDBAG FACTORY | GUANGZHOU
JUJUJOLLY’s Guangzhou factory focuses on custom bag and handbag production. We are equipped with professional bag-making workshops, covering the full workflow including material cutting, sewing, assembly and final quality inspection. We support OEM & ODM orders for handbags, tote bags, crossbody bags and other leather & fabric bags with stable craftsmanship and strict quality control.

CLOTHING
JUJUJOLLY owns woven and knit clothing manufacturing bases. With 1,000 workers, 22 production lines and a monthly capacity of 800,000 pieces, we deliver stable-quality custom garments for sample and bulk orders.
HANDBAG
JUJUJOLLY'S handbag factories are located in Guangzhou and Henan. With1,200 workers, 26 production lines and a monthly capacity of 800,000 pieces, we provide full-cycle custom handbag production.
ACCESSORY
JUJUJOLLY'S accessory factories specialize in leather belts and wallets. The Wenzhou belt base has 150 workers and a monthly capacity of 150,000 pieces; the Guangzhou & Henan wallet base has 150 workers and a monthly capacity of 20,000 pieces.
QUALITY CONTROL FLOW CHART
Our production facilities are certified with BSCI and Sedex. We meet strict requirements from global clients such as Zalando, NewYorker, CCC and LPP. Equipped with advanced testing equipment and professional expertise, we can perform comprehensive physical and chemical tests to guarantee the quality and safety of our apparel and bag products.
Process Control
We adopt standardized process monitoring and control. Every production step follows strict specifications with flowcharts, checklists and automated tools to keep consistent quality.
Material Inspection
We carry out strict incoming material inspection. We check appearance, size and performance of raw materials, and continuously track key materials to meet production standards.
Mid-to-late Stage Inspection
Inspections are conducted during mid and late production stages to verify products meet requirements. We optimize procedures to reduce defects and inconsistencies during manufacturing.
On-site Management
We deliver regular quality training for all staff. On-site audits are performed to ensure all operations follow standards and build strong quality awareness across the team.
Continuous Improvement
We run periodic quality tests to detect potential issues and propose improvement plans. We collect internal suggestions and upgrade our manufacturing system continuously.
